Gradual Damage definition
Gradual Damage means hidden rot, hidden mildew or hidden gradual deterioration, caused by water leaking from any: internal tank, internal water pipe, internal waste disposal pipe, installed at the Building The Insurer’s liability for any claim will not exceed the special limit for Gradual Damage shown in the Policy Schedule. Policy exclusion 9(a) does not apply to this clause. MD12 Hazardous Substance Emergency Charges This policy covers the Insured for any charge which the New Zealand Fire Service is authorised to make against the Insured in respect of any Hazardous Substance Emergency during the Period of Insurance arising out of or in connection with any Insured Property, as a result of Loss or Damage as insured by this policy or threat of Loss or Damage as insured by this policy to the Insured Property. The Insurer’s liability for any one event will not exceed the special limit for Hazardous Substance Emergency Charges shown in the Policy Schedule.
