A Grade 4 employee is a Grade 3 employee who can demonstrate proficiency in the skills listed below.
A Grade 4 employee : • Shall possess a highly developed level of interpersonal and communication skills • Shall supervise and provide job direction and guidance to other employees, assistance in induction and on the job training, and attend to matters of safety and occupational health as well as the disciplining and counselling of employees under his / her charge.
