Grace Days for part time employees will be based on their contracted hours of duty and their agreed and documented days of work.
Grace Days have been ‘annualised’ and form part of the normal wage.
This clause provides for three (3) days paid leave (Grace Days) for all fulltime employees, excluding casual employees, and is provided in addition to all other leave entitlements.
