Seller shall keep and maintain proper records and books relating to Seller’s obligations under Sections 5, 6, 11(b)(ii) and 13 of this Contract, or to claims made by Seller under Section 10.A or 10.B of the GPOP, throughout the Term and for one (1) year thereafter and shall keep them at Seller’s relevant facility.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 7.1(18) shall restrict GS from selling, transferring or disposing of any Equity Securities of the Company to any GPOP II Family SPV.
