  • Executive, Employer and GPHC each represent that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and that Executive’s employment hereunder and each party’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will not conflict with or result in the breach by such party of any agreement to which he/she or it is a party or by which he/she or it or his/her or its properties or assets may be bound.
