GPE means Great Plains Energy Incorporated, a Missouri corporation.
GPE mean the global partnership formerly known as the Education for All Fast Track Initiative, established in 2002, of developing and donor countries, agencies, civil society organizations, the private sector and private foundations and other development stakeholders, with the aim of accelerating progress towards the Education for All goals.
