GP Routine Maintenance Services definition

GP Routine Maintenance Services means those services to be provided by the Concessionaire on the US 36 General Purpose Lanes to fulfill the requirements of the GP Routine Maintenance Service Requirements, as set out in the schedule to the Concession Agreement relating to HPTE service requirements.

  • In addition, to the extent that a Relief Event prevents or diminishes the performance of the Snow and Ice Services and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Services, then HPTE is entitled to a fair and reasonable reduction in fee which it pays to the Concessionaire for the performance of such Services in the amount as may be agreed to by HPTE and the Concessionaire or determined under the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

  • HPTE is obligated to pay to Concessionaire a GP Routine Maintenance Services Fee in the amount of $675,000.00 per year (Indexed) for the Routine Maintenance Services in the US 36 GP Lanes at the time and in the manner set out in the Concession Agreement.

  • The Concessionaire is obligated to provide GP Routine Maintenance Services in the US 36 GP Lanes starting with the Phase 1 GP Lanes from the Phase 1 Services Commencement Date and extending to the whole of the US 36 GP Lanes on the Full Services Commencement Date.

  • To the extent that a Force Majeure Event prevents or diminishes the performance of the Snow and Ice Services and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Services, then HPTE is entitled to a fair and reasonable reduction in fee which it pays to the Concessionaire for the performance of such Services.

  • To the extent that a Relevant Event causes positive or negative Changes in Costs in relation to the GP Snow and Ice Control Services and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Services the financial effects of the Relevant Event (assessed in the same way as a Revenue Compensation Payment is assessed) shall be implemented through adjustments to the GP Snow and Ice Control Services Fee and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Fee, as the case may be.

  • One-twelfth of the GP Routine Maintenance Services Fee from the Month which contains the Full Services Commencement Date for the remainder of the Services Period.

  • The Phase 1 GP Routine Maintenance Services Fee shall be 76.9% of the GP Routine Maintenance Services Fee per Year.

  • To the extent that a Force Majeure Event prevents or diminishes the performance of the Snow and Ice Services and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Services then HPTE shall be entitled to a fair and reasonable reduction in the Snow and Ice Services Fee and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Services Fee, respectively, which may be a reduction to zero for the relevant period if no such services are being provided.

Related to GP Routine Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;
