Governmental Entity or Public Power System definition

Governmental Entity or Public Power System means a municipality, county, governmental board, public power authority, public utility district, joint action agency, or other similar political subdivision or public entity of the United States, one or more States or territories or any combination thereof. (2) The following sentence shall be added to the end of the definition of “Force Majeure” in Article One:
