Governmental Directive definition

Governmental Directive means any judgment, order, decree or directive by or at the request of any Governmental Entity.
Governmental Directive shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).
Governmental Directive means any order, directive, writ, judgment, award, injunction or decree by any Governmental Entity affecting the Business.
