Governmental Commission definition

Governmental Commission means the Governmental Commission for Control over Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 295 dated 6 March 2022 (or any relevant successor or the authorised subdivision of it);
Governmental Commission means the Governmental Commission on Control over Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation.

  • Such shareholders’ meetings of the Kyrgyz Subsidiaries shall take place on Closing or (if not possible) on the 75th calendar day after the Governmental Commission Approval has been received subject to compliance with Applicable Law of the Kyrgyz Republic and the constitutional documents of the relevant Kyrgyz Subsidiary.

  • Once the Governmental Commission Approval has been received, each Seller shall take all necessary steps (insofar as it is able) to convene an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting of the Company with an agenda to re-elect the members of the Board.

  • Such shareholders’ meeting of the Company shall take place on the nearest possible date after the receipt of the Governmental Commission Approval subject to compliance with Applicable Law of the Russian Federation and the constitutional documents of the Company.

  • Once the Governmental Commission Approval has been received, each Seller shall take all necessary steps (insofar as it is able) to convene an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting of each of the Russian Subsidiary of the Company which is a joint-stock company (the “Russian JSC”) with an agenda to re-elect the members of the relevant Russian JSC board of directors.

  • Upon expiry of 30 calendar days after the receipt of the Governmental Commission Approval (the “Ukrainian Convention Date”), each Seller shall take all necessary steps (insofar as it is able) to convene an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting of each Ukrainian Subsidiary of the Company (including OJSC Wimm-B▇▇▇ -▇▇▇▇ Ukraine) with an agenda to re-elect the members of its board of directors (the “Ukrainian GSM”).

  • At the top level, the overall strategic monitoring of the implementation of the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan, including this Sector Reform Contract will be carried out by Governmental Commission for European Integration, chaired by the Prime Minister.

Related to Governmental Commission

  • Governmental Body means any government or governmental or regulatory body thereof, or political subdivision thereof, whether federal, state, local or foreign, or any agency, instrumentality or authority thereof, or any court or arbitrator (public or private).

  • Governmental Entity means any national, federal, state, municipal, local, territorial, foreign or other government or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, regulatory authority or instrumentality thereof, or any court, judicial, administrative or arbitral body or public or private tribunal.

  • Governmental Bar Date means the date established pursuant to the Bar Date Order by which Proofs of Claim of Governmental Units must be Filed.

  • Government Entity means (a) any federal, state, provincial or similar government, and any body, board, department, commission, court, tribunal, authority, agency or other instrumentality of any such government or otherwise exercising any executive, legislative, judicial, administrative or regulatory functions of such government or (b) any other government entity having jurisdiction over any matter contemplated by the Operative Agreements or relating to the observance or performance of the obligations of any of the parties to the Operative Agreements.

  • Governmental Antitrust Authority has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(b).
