  • The Lessee shall be solely responsible for obtaining all required consents and approvals of, giving all required notices to, performing all required registrations and filings for recordation with, and taking all other necessary actions (including all those actions specifically listed in Section 6.03 of the Participation Agreement) in Chile, the Government of Registry or the United States, including any governmental or political agency, subdivision or instrumentality thereof.
