Government enterprise definition

Government enterprise means: (a) for the United States, an enterprise owned, or controlled through ownership interests, by that Party; and (b) for Singapore, an enterprise in which that Party has effective influence;
Government enterprise means an enterprise that is owned, or controlled through ownership interests, by a Contracting Party; “intellectual property rights” means copyright and related rights, trademark rights, rights in geographical indications, rights in industrial designs, rights in patents, rights in layout-designs (topographies) of integrated circuits, rights in plant varieties, and rights in undisclosed information, as defined and described in the TRIPS Agreement;
Government enterprise means any enterprise the capital of which wholly or partially originates from the Federal Government or the Government of any State;
