Government Channel definition

Government Channel means a specifically designated channel on a cable system set aside for use by the District government.
Government Channel means any channel where a local government agency is the primary designated programmer, and the programming is noncommercial programming concerning government events, activities, services, personnel, and related matters.
Government Channel means an Access Channel dedicated to carriage of programming related to the government of Clarke County, the County, and any other municipality located within Clarke County.

Government Channel is defined as any enterprise that is a government entity located within North America, including without limitation, the governments of the United States, its territories and possessions, any State, the District of Columbia, or any political subdivision, agency or military unit of any of the preceding.
