Governing Regulations definition

Governing Regulations means all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, customs, usages, rulings and interpretations of the exchanges, markets and clearing organizations where transactions are executed and settled; and all rules and regulations of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., Chicago Board Options Exchange, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regu- latory organizations.
Governing Regulations means the Regulation of the Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island under which the Fund was established and all amendments thereto and includes any Canon of the Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island replacing the said Regulation.

Examples of Governing Regulations in a sentence

  • If this Agreement is incompatible with any current or future Governing Regulations, the affected provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed modified or superseded, as the case may be, by the applicable provisions of such Governing Regulations, and all other provisions of this Agreement and provisions so modified shall in all respects continue in full force and effect.

  • In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any City ordinance, rule, regulation, standard, policy, order, guideline or other City-adopted or City- enforced requirement, including any of the Governing Regulations, this Agreement shall control.

  • RQD shall have all rights and remedies available to a secured creditor under Governing Regulations (see definition Governmental and Exchange Rules section below), in addition to the rights and remedies provided herein.

Governing Regulations means all applicable ordinances, rules and regulations, as may be amended from time to time, of the City including, but not limited to, the Karis PD, and all statutes, rules and regulations, as amended, of the State of Texas and its agencies and other political subdivisions and governmental entities, if any, having jurisdiction over the District Land.

Further, “Governing Regulations” includes all amendments to the foregoing requirements and all new requirements relating to Infrastructure that are adopted or approved after the Effective Date, except any amendments from which the Development is exempt pursuant to Chapter 245 of the Local Government Code.
