  • Proponents shall submit seven (7) original signed hard copies of their proposal in a sealed package or one (1) electronic copy, in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.

  • The Exercise Price must be fully paid in cash, by wire transfer or by certified cheque or bank draft payable to the Corporation or by such other means as might be specified from time to time by the Governance and Governance and Compensation Committee with the consent of the Exchange.

  • In the event an Optionee's employment or term of office with the Corporation or an Affiliate is terminated by the Corporation or an Affiliate for lawful cause, then any Options held by such Optionee, whether or not such Options are exercisable at the applicable Termination Date, immediately expire and are cancelled on the Termination Date at a time determined by the Governance and Governance and Compensation Committee, at its discretion.
