Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
Kerma or "K" means the quantity defined by the International Commission on Radiation Units and Measurements. The kerma is the quotient of dEtr by dm, where dEtr is the sum of the initial kinetic energies of all charged particles liberated by uncharged particles in a mass dm of materials; thus K=dEtr/dm, in units of J/kg, where the special name for the units of kerma is gray (Gy). When the materials is air, the quantity is referred to as "air kerma."
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
WARO means "weeks after the effective date for award of the contractual action".
Toddler means a child at least one year of age but less than 2 years of age.
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission.
Cropland means land used for the production of adapted crops for harvest, alone or in a rotation with grasses and legumes, and includes row crops, small grain crops, hay crops, nursery crops, orchard crops, and other similar specialty crops.
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
Freshwater means all waters not defined as saltwater

Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. "Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;

Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
