Gold Rush Property Related Facilities definition

Gold Rush Property Related Facilities means (i) the common areas of the Gold Rush Property, as the same may, from time to time, be altered, reconstructed or expanded, which are, from time to time, intended, made available and maintained for the use and enjoyment in common of Manager and occupants of the Gold Rush Property; (ii) the parking facilities servicing the Gold Rush Property; (iii) those rooms within the Gold Rush Property to be used for meetings and conferences; (iv) the receiving facilities for the delivery of laundry and other goods and services; (v) the restaurant facilities located within the Gold Rush Property; (vi) any amenities and facilities made available for the use and enjoyment of the occupants of the Gold Rush Property; (vii) any land or improvements not within or located upon the Gold Rush Land, but which provide shared benefits to the Gold Rush Property pursuant to a separate written agreement approved by Owner (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed); (viii) any Gold Rush Improvements or other improvements, whether or not located upon the Gold Rush Land, which Manager is to manage for the benefit of the Gold Rush Property pursuant to a separate written agreement approved by Owner (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed); and (ix) any related land, buildings and improvements which in the future may be owned or leased by Gold Rush Owner.

Related to Gold Rush Property Related Facilities

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Real Estate-Related Assets means any investments by the Company or the Operating Partnership in Mortgages and Real Estate-Related Securities.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II hereof.

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Project Financing means: (a) one or more loans, leases, equity and/or debt financings, together with all modifications, renewals, supplements, substitutions and replacements thereof, the proceeds of which are used to finance or refinance the costs of the Customer Facility, any alteration, expansion or improvement to the Customer Facility, the purchase and sale of the Customer Facility or the operation of the Customer Facility; (b) a power purchase agreement pursuant to which Interconnection Customer’s obligations are secured by a mortgage or other lien on the Customer Facility; or (c) loans and/or debt issues secured by the Customer Facility.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.
