Gold Member definition
Gold Member means any Member of the “Gold” Membership Scheme.

More Definitions of Gold Member
Gold Member means a Member of the GVSTC class of membership having a Gold designation;
Gold Member is a member of the membership class of the Entity Members with an Annual Program Commitment of an amount that is at least four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) per year as specified in Schedule A of an executed Membership Agreement.

The benefits of Gold Member membership shall be as determined from time to time by the Directors, including without limitation, (i) all Standard Member Benefits, (ii) receipt of The Longhorn Journal (published by the Corporation) and (iii) eligibility to serve on committees and working groups as appointed by the Directors (collectively, the “Gold Member Benefits”).
