GOCO OPERATION definition

GOCO OPERATION means any activity conducted by a Party hereto pursuant to an agreement existing on or prior to the date first above written (or an extension, renewal or other continuation of such an agreement concerning the same facility as the prior agreement) with the federal government of the United States of America by which such party operates or maintains an AMMUNITION or AMMUNITION components (including powder) production facility for and on behalf of such government; provided, however, that such term shall not include any activity conducted at such facility that is not conducted by the respective party on behalf of such government pursuant to such agreement (such as, but not limited to, activity conducted by a respective party for its own account at such facility, whether pursuant to a facilities use agreement with the government or otherwise).

(f) "MEDIUM & LARGE CALIBER AMMUNITION & COMPONENTS" shall mean (i) fully- loaded rounds of Ammunition having a diameter of 20 millimeters or larger, other than shotshells and (ii) components of such fully-loaded rounds. (g) "NONLETHAL AMMUNITION" shall mean Ammunition that is designed and intended to minimize or avoid any injury, damage or death resulting from its use or otherwise intended to be less-than-lethal, including but not limited to having the effect of slowing or temporarily incapacitating an aggressor through means intended to minimize or avoid permanent physical damage to the aggressor. The term "Nonlethal Ammunition" does not include: (i) blanks, and (ii) any Ammunition currently produced by the parties hereto, nor any developments therefrom based on techniques historically used in the Ammunition industry for delivering lethal or injurious force to an aggressor through the use of a metal projectile. (h) "OCSW AND OICW" shall mean the objective crew served weapon and the objective individual combat weapon, respectively, being developed by Primex for the U.S. Army. (i) "OCSW AND OICW AMMUNITION" shall mean Ammunition used in OCSW and OICW objective individual combat weapon, respectively, being developed by Primex for the U.S. Army.

Related to GOCO OPERATION

  • Railway Operation means the construction and operation under this Agreement of the relevant Railway and associated access roads and Additional Infrastructure (if any) within the relevant Railway Corridor and of the associated Lateral Access Roads, in accordance with approved proposals;

  • In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.

  • co-operative means a co-operative registered in terms of section 7 of Cooperatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005)

  • Surgical Operation means manual and/or operative procedures for correction of deformities and defects, repair of injuries, diagnosis and cure of diseases, relief of suffering and prolongation of life.

  • Normal operation means the oper- ation of a program or activity without significant changes that would impair its ability to meet its objectives.

  • Area of operation means an area coextensive with the territorial boundaries of the land acquired or

  • Cottage food operation means a person who produces or packages cottage food products only in a kitchen of that person's primary domestic residence within this state.

  • Animal feeding operation (“AFO”) means a lot or facility (other than an aquatic animal production facility) where animals have been, are, or will be stabled or confined and fed or maintained for a total of 45 days or more in any 12-month period, and crops, vegetation, forage growth, or post-harvest residues are not sustained in the normal growing season over any portion of the lot or facility [40 CFR § 122.23(b)(1)].

  • Amateur radio operator means a person licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to engage in private and experimental two-way radio operation on the amateur band radio frequencies.

  • Mining Operations means every kind of work done by the Operator:

  • economic operator means any natural or legal person or public entity or group of such persons and/or entities which offers the execution of works and/or a work, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market;

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub. L. 110-174). Restricted business operations do not include business operations that the person (as that term is defined in Section 2 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007) conducting the business can demonstrate—

  • Branch operations means any business operations of a branch captive insurance company in this State.

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • Drilling operations means the drilling of an oil and gas well and the production and completion operations ensuing from the drilling which require entry upon the surface estate and which were commenced after June 30, 1979, and oil and gas geophysical and seismograph exploration activities commenced after June 30, 1983.
