GOCO OPERATION definition

GOCO OPERATION means any activity conducted by a Party hereto pursuant to an agreement existing on or prior to the date first above written (or an extension, renewal or other continuation of such an agreement concerning the same facility as the prior agreement) with the federal government of the United States of America by which such party operates or maintains an Ammunition or Ammunition components (including powder) production facility for and on behalf of such government; provided, however, that such term shall not include any activity conducted at such facility that is not conducted by the respective party on behalf of such government pursuant to such agreement (such as, but not limited to, activity conducted by a respective party for its own account at such facility, whether pursuant to a facilities use agreement with the government or otherwise).

  • In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.

  • co-operative means a co-operative registered in terms of section 7 of Cooperatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005)

  • Farm operation means any activity conducted solely or primarily for the production of one or more agricultural products or commodities, including timber, for sale or home use, and customarily producing such products or commodities in sufficient quantity to be capable of contributing materially to the operator's support.

  • Mining operation means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral as defined in section 3 (d) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

  • Salvage operation means any business, trade or industry engaged in whole or in part in salvaging or reclaiming any product or material, including but not limited to metals, chemicals, shipping containers or drums.
