GMO IPO definition

GMO IPO means the first underwritten public offering for the account of the Company of shares of Genzyme Molecular Oncology Division Common Stock, $.01 par value per share (the "GMO Stock"), on a firm commitment basis pursuant to a Registration Statement (as defined below) filed with the Commission covering such offering.
