  • The total number of shares of GMI Common Stock to be distributed to holders of Allowed Interests shall be adjusted downward as necessary to account for the rounding provided in this Section 9.3.6.

  • Holders of Interests in Class 5 (GMI Preferred Stock), Class 7 (GMI Common Stock) and Class 8 (GMI Warrants) do not receive any distributions under the Plan and the holders of those Interests are conclusively presumed to have rejected the Plan.
