GMAC AGENT means the administrative agent as defined in the GMAC Credit Agreement.
Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;
Issuing Agent means Pareto Securities AB, or another party replacing it, as Issuing Agent, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Collection Agent means at any time the Person then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to service, administer and collect Transferred Receivables.

Prepetition Agent means Goldman Sachs Bank USA in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.
Agent means any Registrar or Paying Agent.

Purchaser Agent means each Person acting as agent on behalf of a Purchaser Group and designated as a Purchaser Agent for such Purchaser Group on the signature pages to this Agreement or any other Person who becomes a party to this Agreement as a Purchaser Agent pursuant to an Assumption Agreement or a Transfer Supplement.
Existing Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
Agent Bank means, in relation to a Series of Securities, the entity (if any) appointed as such under the Agency Agreement and as specified in the Issue Terms.
London Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Europe Limited.
Co-Syndication Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A., Branch Banking and Trust Company and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. in its capacity as syndication agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.
Servicing Agent means, with respect to an eNote, the field entitled, “Servicing Agent” in the MERS eRegistry.
