Global Strategy definition

Global Strategy means Verastem’s worldwide Development, regulatory and Commercialization strategy with respect to the Licensed Compound and Licensed Products, including the designation of Indications for which to seek Regulatory Approval and Verastem’s global publication strategy.
Global Strategy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.3(a).
Global Strategy the common worldwide strategy incorporating the vision, mission and values as from time to time varied by the international Board.;

Related to Global Strategy

  • Global Securities means a Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Securities, issued to the Depository for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depository or nominee.

  • Global has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Global Development Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).

  • Global Security means, with respect to any series of Securities, a Security executed by the Company and delivered by the Trustee to the Depositary or pursuant to the Depositary’s instruction, all in accordance with the Indenture, which shall be registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee.

  • Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.03, and bearing the legend prescribed by the applicable supplemental indenture.
