  • Business Opportunities means all business ideas, prospects, proposals or other opportunities pertaining to the lease, acquisition, exploration, production, gathering or marketing of hydrocarbons and related products and the exploration potential of geographical areas on which hydrocarbon exploration prospects are located, which are developed by the Employee during the Employment Term, or originated by any third party and brought to the attention of the Employee during the Employment Term, together with information relating thereto (including, without limitation, geological and seismic data and interpretations thereof, whether in the form of maps, charts, logs, seismographs, calculations, summaries, memoranda, opinions or other written or charted means).

  • LP means the aggregate quantity of Lost Production during such Month (expressed in MWh) and

  • QP means a “qualified purchaser” as defined in Section 2(a)(51) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended.

  • Advent means Advent International Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • UCITS management company means a management company as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS)1;

  • Enterprises means CMS Enterprises Company, a Michigan corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer.

  • ESC means erosion and sediment control.

  • Business Opportunity means any commercial, investment or other business opportunity relating to the Business.

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.

  • Student Growth means the change in Student Achievement data for an individual student between two points in time. Growth may also include other measures that are rigorous and comparable across classrooms.

  • Blackwater means wastewater contaminated by human body waste, toilet paper and any other material intended to be deposited in a receptor designed to receive urine or feces.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Entrepreneur means a natural person exercising a trade, business, craft or profession;

  • Environmental Management Framework means the Environmental Management Framework, dated November 15, 2008 as updated by the Recipient on July 21, 2010 and disclosed on July 23, 2010, and the technical guidelines for implementation thereof, adopted by the Recipient, giving details of a program of actions, measures and policies designed to maximize the benefits of the Project, eliminate, offset or mitigate any adverse environmental impacts, or reduce such impacts to acceptable levels, as such Environmental Management Framework may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the World Bank and the Recipient, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such framework.

  • Blackstone means Blackstone Capital Partners IV Merchant Banking Fund L.P. and its Affiliates.

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework and “ESMF” means the Recipient’s framework dated November 30, 2010, which: (i) sets forth standards, methods and procedures specifying how technological research activities under the Project whose location, number and scale are presently unknown shall systematically address environmental and social issues in the screening and categorization, sitting, design, implementation and monitoring phases during Project implementation; (ii) systematizes the environmental and social impact assessment required for such activities before Project execution; and (iii) stipulates the procedures for conducting site-specific environmental impact assessments, be they limited environmental impact assessments or full environmental impact assessment.

  • AI means an “accredited investor” as described in Rule 501(a)(4) under the Securities Act.
