Global Letter of Release definition

Global Letter of Release means the letter from the Royal Bank of Scotland plc to the Security Trustee dated on or about the date of this Agreement pursuant to which the Royal Bank of Scotland plc agrees to execute and release the Dutch Letter of Release, the English Letter of Release and the Polish Letter of Release on the Refinancing Date.
