Global Deed of Release definition

Global Deed of Release means the global deed of release to be entered into by the Security Trustee and the Obligors (each as defined in the Existing Facility) pursuant to which (amongst other things) the Security granted in connection with the Existing Facility is released and discharged.
Global Deed of Release means the deed of release entered into by the current Security Agent and, amongst others, the Day 1 Initial FundCo Entities and Day Z Initial FundCo Entities, dated on or around the date of this Deed, effecting the discharge and release of certain liabilities under the Intercreditor Agreement as contemplated therein;

  • General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.

  • Collateral Release Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.15(d).

  • Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.

  • Accession Deed means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Deed).

  • Signing Press Release has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).
