  • Custody Agreement The Custody Agreement or Agreements identified in the Trust Agreement.

  • DTC Custodian means the custodian of the DTC Notes on behalf of DTC, which initially shall be the Global Agent.

  • Legal custodian means an individual who is at least 18 years of age in whose care a minor child remains or is placed after a court makes a finding under section 13a(5) of chapter XIIA of the probate code of 1939, 1939 PA 288, MCL 712A.13a.

Such contract may contain, in lieu of any or all of the provisions specified in (i)-(vi) above, such other provisions that the Custodian determines will provide, in their entirety, the same or a greater level of care and protection for Fund assets as the specified provisions.
