GLF definition

GLF means the EUR 80,000,000,000 loan facility agreement dated 8 May 2010, as amended on 14 June 2011, 27 February 2012 and 19 December 2012, between the Beneficiary Member State, the Central Bank, the Kingdom of Belgium, Ireland, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Italian Republic, the Republic of Cyprus, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Malta, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Republic of Austria, the Portuguese Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Finland and KfW (acting in the public interest, subject to the instructions of and with the benefit of the guarantee of the Federal Republic of Germany) which provides stability support to Greece in an inter- governmental framework via pooled bilateral loans.
GLF means Galápagos Life Fund, a Delaware not-for-profit corporation.

Examples of GLF in a sentence

  • Returns of product will only be allowed by written consent of GLF subject to restocking fees and no returns will be allowed after sixty (60) days.

  • The Vendor shall prevent the use of counterfeit parts and notify GLF in the event of nonconforming product and determine arrangements for GLF’s approval of nonconforming material.

  • Where any product is manufactured from patterns, plans, drawings or specifications furnished by Seller, Seller shall indemnify GLF against and save GLF harmless from all loss, damage and expense arising out of any suit or claim against GLF for infringement of any patent, trademark, copyright or other right because of GLF manufacture of such Product or because of the sue or sale of such product by any person.

  • Client stipulated to the following understanding with respect to the warehousing and/or distribution of the products of Client by GLF.

  • The vendor shall provide corrective action when requested by GLF when it is determined that the vendor is responsible for nonconformity.
