GLBL Settlement Agreement definition

GLBL Settlement Agreement means the Settlement Agreement, dated as of March 6, 2017, by and among SUNE, GLBL Inc., and certain of their respective affiliates. A copy of the GLBL Settlement Agreement was filed as an attachment to the YieldCo Settlement Motion.
