Gladstone Power Station and “GPS” mean the coal-fired electricity generating facility and the associated combustion turbine located at Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, together with all plant, equipment, transformers, switch gear, protective devices, fuel handling and residue disposal infrastructure, all real property, fixtures and other associated property, both real and personal, owned, leased, controlled, operated or managed in connection with, or necessary for the proper operation of, the Gladstone Power Station;
