Gilead Licensee means, at a given time, any Third Party that is a party to an agreement with Gilead or any of its Affiliates under which Gilead or such Affiliate has granted to such Third Party rights to Manufacture and sell TDF, FTC or both (as API or in the form of a generic product) in the Field in Region C.
