Gigafactory definition

Gigafactory means the Company’s Gigafactory located at Electric Avenue, McCarran, Nevada and any other gigafactory established from time to time by the Company and designated by the Company as a “Gigafactory” in writing to the Administrative Agent, in each case including related facilities to the extent designated as a “Gigafactory-related facility” in writing to the Administrative Agent.
