Gift or Gratuity definition

Gift or Gratuity means any item of value received by or given to an Access Person.
Gift or Gratuity means anything of value, but does not include the following items:
Gift or Gratuity means anything with an aggregate value in excess of $50 to a Board member or District employee from any single source in a calendar year that has a legislative or administrative interest in any matter subject to the decision, authorization, or vote of that Board member or District employee.

Gift or Gratuity means a payment, loan, subscription, advance, deposit of money, services or anything of more than nominal value, presented or promised, unless consideration of substantially equal or greater value is transferred.
