GGI definition
GGI means Gartmore Global Investments, Inc. and shall include: Gartmore Mutual Fund Capital Trust ("GMFCT"), Gartmore Global Asset Management Trust ("GGAMT") and Gartmore Distribution Services Inc. ("GDSI").
