German Security Document definition

German Security Document means any Security Document governed by German law.
German Security Document means any of them.
German Security Document means, individually and collectively as the context may require, each pledge agreement, security agreement, guarantee or other agreement that is entered into in favor of the Collateral Agent and/or the Secured Parties, and any other pledge agreement, security agreement or other agreement entered into pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents that is governed by the laws of Germany, securing the Obligations, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and entered into pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

German Security Document means any security agreement or pledge agreement, including any intellectual property security agreement, executed and delivered pursuant to the Collateral and Guarantee Requirement, Section 4.01(f), Section 5.11 or Section 5.13 to secure any of the Secured Obligations, in each case that is expressed to be governed by German law.
German Security Document means each Security Document in relation to German Security;
German Security Document means the German law share pledge, dated as of the date hereof, between Mirion Technologies (Synodys) SA and the French Administrative Agent over the stock of Mirion Technologies (MGPI H&B) GmbH, as the same be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-5, which shall secure the Obligations of Mirion Technologies (Synodys) SA under (a) the Guaranty (French Obligations) and (b) the French Borrowers under this Agreement.
German Security Document means any Transaction Security Document governed by German law; German Transaction Security means any Transaction Security governed by German law; Group means the Parent and each of its Subsidiaries from time to time (subject to clause 1.3 (Control date) of the Original Senior Facilities Agreement), except for the purposes of clause 26 (Financial Covenants) of the Original Senior Facilities Agreement and the definitions and calculations thereunder where it shall mean the Company and each of its Subsidiaries from time to time;

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, any share pledge agreement governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.
