The assignment of the German Obligor Receivables shall include all ancillary rights, priority rights as well as all other rights attached to the German Obligor Receivables.
Any references made to "own Obligations" made in this Agreement shall, with respect to a German Obligor, refer to the direct obligations of such German Obligor with respect to amounts borrowed (including on-lent) to such German Obligor and shall not include guarantees, indemnities or other obligations in relation to amounts owed by any other Borrower or Guarantor under this Agreement.
