German Obligor means any Obligor that is incorporated or established (as the case may be) in the Federal Republic of Germany;
German Obligor means an Obligor incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany.

  • The assignment of the German Obligor Receivables shall include all ancillary rights, priority rights as well as all other rights attached to the German Obligor Receivables.
