German Borrower Sublimit definition

German Borrower Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $200,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility. The German Borrower Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.
German Borrower Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $50,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility. The German Borrower Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.
