Geotechnical Survey definition

Geotechnical Survey means that certain geotechnical reports referenced in Exhibit F. “Government Authority” means any and all foreign, national, federal, state, county, city, municipal, local or regional authorities, departments, bodies, commissions, corporations, branches, directorates, agencies, ministries, courts, tribunals, judicial authorities, legislative bodies, administrative bodies, regulatory bodies, autonomous or quasi-autonomous entities or taxing authorities or any department, municipality or other political subdivision thereof.
Geotechnical Survey means that certain geotechnical reports referenced in Exhibit F.
Geotechnical Survey means the geotechnical survey of the Site, presented by Employer to Tenderer as part of the Tender Documents, and which is attached to these Main Terms as Ap- pendix 9 ("Geotechnical Survey").
