Georgia Power Contract definition

Georgia Power Contract means the Contract for the Purchase of Firm Capacity and Energy from a Renewable Qualifying Facility Utilizing the Proxy Unit Methodology, between Seller and Georgia Power Company, dated as of March 5, 2014, as amended by the Amendment, dated October 21, 2014.
Georgia Power Contract means that certain Coal Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated April 1, 2008, among Georgia Power Company, Seller, and Converse and Company, Inc., as amended by that certain amendment, dated February 25, 2010.
Georgia Power Contract means the Contract for the Purchase of Firm Capacity and Energy from a Renewable Qualifying Facility Utilizing the Proxy Unit Methodology, 91 between Seller and Georgia Power Company, dated as of March 5, 2014, as amended by the Amendment, dated October 21, 2014.
