Georgia Integrated Transmission System means the integrated transmission system, as modified or expanded from time-to-time, as defined in the Revised and Restated Integrated Transmission System Agreement, dated as of December 7, 1990, between Georgia Power and Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, the Revised and Restated Integrated Transmission System Agreement, dated as of December 7, 1990, between Georgia Power and City of Dalton, and the Revised and Restated Integrated Transmission Syxxxx Xgreement, dated as of November 12, 1990, between Georgia Power and Oglethorpe Power Corporation.
