Georgia Act definition

Georgia Act means the Georgia Limited Liability Company Act at O.C.G.A §14-11- 100, Confidential 2017

Georgia Act has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Georgia Act. The Georgia Limited Liability Company Act (O.C.G.A. §00-00-000, et seg.), as may be amended from time to time.
