Genterra definition

Genterra means Genterra Inc., a company existing pursuant to the provisions of the OBCA;
Genterra means Genterra Capital Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario. "Gencan Shareholders" means the holders of Gencan Shares from time to time.
