Genotropin Products definition

Genotropin Products means the pharmaceutical products listed on Schedule 1.70 (“Genotropin”) *** in the first *** following the First Commercial Sale of Licensed Product for PGHD.

  • For clarity, and notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Pfizer shall have no diligence obligations with respect to the Development, Manufacture and Commercialization of Genotropin Products.
