GenOn Steering Committee definition

GenOn Steering Committee means the steering committee of GenOn Noteholders, as it may be constituted from time to time, and comprised as of the date of entry into the Restructuring Support Agreement of, collectively, J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., PGIM, Inc., Solus Alternative Asset Management LP, Sound Point Capital Management LP, York Capital Management Global Advisors, LLC, and MacKay Shields LLC, each on behalf of itself or certain affiliates, and/or accounts managed and/or advised by it or its affiliates.
