Genome Fees and Charges definition

Genome Fees and Charges means a list of fees and charges We apply for and in connection with the use of Genome Wallet and Genome Services, as may be amended by Us from time to time, which is placed on the Site and / or sent to You via e-mail upon completion, to Our satisfaction, of the due diligence procedures carried out by Us in order to identify, check and verify Our clients, as well as their businesses and operations.
Genome Fees and Charges means a list of fees and charges We apply for and in connection with the use of Genome Wallet and Genome Services, as may be amended by Us from time to time, which is placed on the Site and / or sent to You via e-mail upon completion, to Our satisfaction, of the due diligence procedures carried out by Us in order to identify, check and verify Our clients, as well as their businesses and operations. By accepting these T&Cs You also accept and agree to Genome Fees and Charges. You are required to check Genome Fees and Charges regularly. For the avoidance of doubt, Genome Fees and Charges referred to in these T&Cs do not cover Genome fees and charges reflecting financial conditions applicable to merchants under Merchant Terms of Service.

  • Top-up methods that We support are listed in Genome Fees and Charges and / or posted on Your Genome User Portal inside Our System.

  • Our currency conversion fees are formed in percentage applied on top to the basic exchange rates, as detailed in Genome Fees and Charges.

  • We draw Your attention that after six (6) months of inactivity We apply dormant account fee, as detailed in Genome Fees and Charges, to be charged by Us on a monthly basis until Balance of Your Genome Wallet reaches 0 (zero).

  • You are required to check Genome Fees and Charges regularly to get information on Our currency conversion fees.

  • We provide Genome Wallet and Genome Services in consideration of Genome Fees and Charges which are placed on theSite, and / or sent to You via e-mail upon completion, to Our satisfaction, of the due diligence procedures carried out by Us.

  • Withdrawal methods that We support are listed in Genome Fees and Charges and / or posted on Your Genome User Portal inside Our System.

  • You accept that Genome Fees and Charges applicable to Our clients with business Genome Wallet depend on the risk level of their business assigned by Us (i.e. Low or High).

  • The Council is faced with significant challenges and competing priorities for capital investment.

  • We may apply fees for top-up payments and incoming transfers to Your Genome Wallet, as detailed in Genome Fees and Charges.

  • After six (6) months of inactivity We apply dormant account fee, as detailed in Genome Fees and Charges, to be charged by Us on a monthly basis until Balance of Your Genome Wallet reaches 0 (zero) or You resume Your activity with Genome Wallet.

Related to Genome Fees and Charges

  • Fees and Charges means the fees and charges set out in Appendix 2, including such fees and charges as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time by amendment to Appendix 2 in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Costs and fees means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrators' fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorney's fees. Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties. Any award may be entered by the prevailing party in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Prime costs and “Prime cost sum” means the amount actually paid by the contractor for any article, commodity or special work and shall include all proper charges for packing, carriage and delivery to site, after deduction of all trade documents, rebates and allowances and the discount obtainable for cash insofar as such discount for cash exceeds 2½%.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Overhead costs means the actual costs incurred or the estimated costs to be

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • Attorneys’ Fees and Costs means: (i) fees and out of pocket costs of Lender’s and Loan Servicer’s attorneys, as applicable, including costs of Lender’s and Loan Servicer’s in-house counsel, support staff costs, costs of preparing for litigation, computerized research, telephone and facsimile transmission expenses, mileage, deposition costs, postage, duplicating, process service, videotaping and similar costs and expenses; (ii) costs and fees of expert witnesses, including appraisers; (iii) investigatory fees; and (iv) costs for any opinion required by Lender pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents.

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:

  • Legal Expenses means the fees, costs and expenses of any kind incurred by any Person indemnified herein and its counsel in investigating, preparing for, defending against or providing evidence, producing documents or taking other action with respect to any threatened or asserted Claim.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Defense Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.
