Responses will be evaluated on the Respondents Response to Appendix B and the Evaluation Team may consider any Appendices submitted to provide additional information in support of the Response.
Reagent means any product other than fuel that is stored on-board the vehicle and is provided to the exhaust after-treatment system upon request of the emission control system.
