Genesee County POTW Manager definition

Genesee County POTW Manager or “Manager” means the person designated by the Genesee County Agency as being responsible to administer the Genesee County POTW’s Industrial Pretreatment Program, and who is charged with certain duties and responsibilities as provided by this Ordinance. References toPOTW Manager” or “Manager” shall include the Manager’s authorized representatives.

  • Specific provisions of a permit that are remanded by the Genesee County POTW Board of Appeals for reconsideration by the Genesee County POTW Manager shall be stayed pending further final action taken by the Genesee County POTW Manager as required by the decision of the Board.

  • All interceptors shall be of a type and capacity approved by the Authorized Local Unit and the Genesee County POTW Manager, and shall be located so as to be readily and easily accessible for cleaning and inspection.

  • General User Permits may be issued for any time period determined appropriate by the Genesee County POTW Manager, subject to modification, reissuance, suspension or revocation as provided by this Article.

  • For any other reason determined by the Genesee County POTW Manager as necessary and appropriate to protect the Genesee County POTW or to meet the purposes and intent of this Ordinance.
