Generation Profile definition

Generation Profile means the expected hourly generation of the Designated Percentage from the Designated Projects, which expectation is subject to change based on Seller’s identification of alternate Designated Projects and allocation of Designated Percentages therefrom during Delivery Period B pursuant to this Exhibit C.

Examples of Generation Profile in a sentence

  • The Seller shall provide the Buyer in writing for each Month in the Early Operating Period and the Operating Period, by no later than 09:00 hours on the preceding Wednesday, the Seller's estimate made in good faith of the forecast level of Energy expected to be generated by the Facility Unit for each day in the Month, which shall generally be in the form of Schedule 4 (Forecast Information) ("Monthly Forecast Generation Profile").

  • The amount to be deducted in terms of this clause 4.4 from remaining Maximum Contract Value will be based on the accepted Energy rates relative to the TOU Periods weighed against that portion of the Energy per the Contracted Generation Profile that was not produced in the delay period (i.e. the period from the Scheduled COD to COD).

  • If the Seller, for any Contract Review Period, fails to maintain the Net Energy Output to at least 80% the Contracted Generation Profile for the Contract Review Period, the Maximum Contract Value for the remaining Term of the Agreement may at the Buyer’s discretion be proportionately reduced.

  • DNA profile means a letter or number code which represents a set of identification characteristics of the non-coding part of an analysed human DNA sample, i.e. the particular molecular structure at the various DNA locations (loci);

  • Disinfection profile means a summary of daily Giardia lamblia inactivation through the treatment plant. The procedure for developing a disinfection profile is contained in s. NR 810.32.
