General Working Capital Purposes means to support the general working capital requirements of the Project. “In-Service Date” means (a) with respect to Train 1 and Train 2, the date when the Independent Engineer shall have certified in writing to the Senior Facility Agent that “Ready for Startup” and “Substantial Completion” (as defined in the Train 1 and Train 2 EPC Contract) of such Train has occurred and (b) with respect to the EPC Contract with respect to any other Train, the date when the Independent Engineer shall have certified in writing to the Senior Facility Agent that “substantial completion” (based on the corresponding defined term in such EPC Contract) of such Train has occurred.
