General Warranties definition

General Warranties means the warranties set out in Part 2 of Schedule 4;
General Warranties means the Warranties other than the Fundamental Warranties, the Specified Warranties and the Tax Warranties;
General Warranties shall have the same meaning ascribed to such term under Clause 5.1;
